Ingredients

1 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup Splend® Granular
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup Vermont® Sugar Free Syrup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups quick oats
1 cup golden seedless raisins
1/2 cup natural applesauce

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees (325 if using a glass pan). Beat together margarine and Splenda® until creamy. Add eggs, syrup, vanilla and applesauce, beating well.

Mix together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt to combine with moist ingredietns. Stir in the oats and raisins. Mix well. Spread batter in an ungreased 13" x 9" pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Cut into bars.

Makes 24 servings.
