I've come up with an uncooked cornstarch substitute that my son likes and is very close nurtritionally to diabetes bars.
4 oz. (by weight - 1/2 8oz. cup) plain lowfat (1.5%) yogurt
1/4 c. unsweetened applesauce
1 level Tablespoon cornstarch
ground cinnamon to taste
Mix ingredients and eat.
