This drink is requested regularly by my niece and nephew.
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup lowfat buttermilk
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
Frozen orange juice concentrate, 1 tsp. (10 grams)
Blend thoroughly and add enough crushed ice to make a "smoothie." Rarely is extra sweetener requested with this drink and it's especially satisfying on a hot summer day.
