1 package Sugar-Free, Fat-Free Instant Chocolate Pudding
1 1/2 cup skim milk
4 ounces (1/2 container) non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
Pour milk into a medium bowl; add pudding and whisk briskly for 2 min. Fold in whipped topping. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
