Ingredients

1 cup pumpkin
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon molasses
1 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
7 1/4 teaspoons Equal® for RecipiesTM or 24 packets Equal® sweetener or 1 cup Equal® SpoonfulTM
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup reduced-fat chocolate baking chips

Directions

Mix together pumpkin, oil, applesauce, eggs, and molasses in a large bowl. Combine all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, Equal®, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves and salt in a separate bowl.

Gradually ad dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture. Mix well. Stir in chocolate chips.

Line muffin tin with paper liners or spray with non-stick spray. Fill 3/4 full.

Bake at 375 degrees F for approximately 20 minutes.
