The Cameron Family, Methuen, Massachusetts

September 30, 2003 My name is Samantha and I am 8 years old. Ruby came to see me just in time! A couple of weeks ago, I went on the pump. Ruby was there to help make me patient and to keep Rufus company. Ruby was able to come to school with me and meet my friends. They thought she was really cool. I have had diabetes now for almost one year. Ruby's visit was great fun for me. She came everywhere with me. I hope that the next person who has her visit has as much fun as we did. Thanks for visiting, Ruby, and we will miss you! Love, Samantha and Rufus
