The Hansbury Family, Newportville, Pennsylvania June 18, 2003 Rufus is here in Newportville, Pennsylvania. He must have really been hungry on his trip. His lunch box of candy (sugar free) is almost empty! He and Jake (diagnosed May 2001, age 4) checked their blood glucose and had a turkey sandwich. Jake and Rufus really like riding bikes in the driveway. Since we'll be moving to Florida soon, we have a lot of work to do. Rufus has been a big help - packing up Jake's room! Hopefully, Rufus can come visit our new house and Jake can show him his new school. We're going to be living close to Kennedy Space Center in Florida. Maybe Rufus can stop by on his next space trip! Rufus had a great time visiting and swimming in the pool. He was sure to wear his sunblock so he wouldn't get burnt! We added a pin to Rufus' strap so he'll remember us, and we filled up his lunch box for his next trip. God Bless! Have a safe trip, Rufus. Love, The Hansbury Family
