Barner-Clark family, Lincoln, Nebraska

Received Rufus - but didn't do much today. Mom was hit with food poisening so Rufus and the rest of the family played with Legos.

11 March 2001
Rufus got the grand tour of Lincoln! He was even seatbelted in beside Joshua (3 years old)! Saw the state capitol - the University of Nebraska (Lincoln campus), drove by our almost completed baseball stadium, went by our swimming pool (we spend a lot of time there in the summer!), and then finished the tour by going to McDonalds!

12 March 2001
Joshua and Rufus played most of the day. Jacob (older brother) went to school. Joshua, Rufus, and I went to pick up Jacob and we came home and ate PB&J for lunch. Everyone took naps, then played outside for awhile. Rufus stayed inside - didn't have a coat to put on him.

13 March 2001
Rufus went to preschool with Joshua. Everyone got their picture taken with Joshua and Rufus. Rufus stayed and played with all of the kids. He was tired when he got home - busy morning!

14 March 2001
Off to the post office - travelling to Norwalk, Ohio to visit the Peaslee family! Happy trails! We had a fun time with Rufus!
