Research Study On Children With Type 2 Diabetes

Do you or someone you know have a child diagnosed with type 2 diabetes? You are invited to participate in a research study on the stress and coping experiences of children diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and their families. Participation criteria include a diabetic child between the ages of 8-18 and an older sibling and one parent who agree to a brief interview.

Participating families will receive $100 and another $25 referral fee should they refer another family to the study. Interviews can be conducted at participants' home, at our on-campus research lab, or any other convenient location of their choosing.
