CWD Conference Survey

Dear CWD Families:

Thank you for your tremendous support of the CWD summer conferences over the last 3 years. They have been successful beyond what we had imagined, and this is all because of you.

We have had numerous requests to add different kinds of conferences and different times of the year to our schedule, and we are considering how to expand in the conference arena. There are many possibilities: smaller, bigger, more international, more "vacation-focused," less expensive, more expensive. We need your input to help us define the direction to go.

Please take a few minutes of your time to complete the following survey. All responses are confidential. If you don't want to answer a question, skip it. Please note that in any case, we will be continuing our summer conferences on a west coast/east coast schedule at least through the next several years. Thank you!

1. Would your family be interested in participating in a recreational conference during the winter holiday break? This gathering would be held someplace warm, with lots of group outdoor activities (golf, tennis, swimming), and would include 1-2 diabetes-related sessions daily, as well as social events.
