Back Home CWD Survey for Mark McKenzie

This survey is now closed.

My name is Mark McKenzie. I am a college student at Prairie Bible College. I am doing a psychology report on the effects of diabetes in kids and their moods. By doing this survey I hope to get a better understanding of the way children act when their sugars are out of wack.

Mark McKenzie

1. How old is your child?

2. How long have they lived with diabetes?

3. When having a low, when do they start to feel it?

4. What is their mood like?

5. After treating a low, does their mood stay the same for a while?

6. In general what is their mood like on a normal day?

7. Does stress affect their mood and their blood sugars?

8. What would you say is the biggest thing with diabetes that stresses your child?
